Lehigh Valley Grand Prix Fit-out

Alliance assisted The Architectural Studio with design development and provided code analysis, coordinated approvals processes, & construction documentation for the renovation/adaptive re-use of a tenent space in an existing industrial manufacturing building originally built as a Mack Trucks plant. The indoor go-cart racing venue caters to business and corporate clients as well as the local public and has become a premier local attraction.

This project received an 2007 AIA Award of Merit for Renovation/Adaptive Re-use.
