The project consisted of a new manufacturing and corporate facility for Ecopax, a styrofoam products manufacturing company.  Alliance provided design and documentation services for the pre-cast concrete shell building and the interior fit-out.  Included in the fit-out were corporate, production, & shipping offices, a large multi-purpose break room, locker rooms, and a trucker's lounge.  The east end of the building was constructed of metal panels to allow for future expansion.
